Overview

The Advanced Inbound Services Platform provides the ability for a service provider (Channel Partner Reseller) to deliver multiple inbound services.

The platform portal offers the user a very simple and intuitive interface to provision, perform moves, adds, changes and deletions to the inbound numbers under their control.

A statistics package is also included in the portal to enable the user to run various pre-defined reports on their inbound numbers.

The Advanced Inbound Services Platform is NOT suitable for Mass Call Events. Please consult your Account Manager for Mass Call Event fulfillment.

The Advanced Inbound Services Portal is NOT an order portal. It provides an interface to in-life manage inbound numbers and services.

The portal is hierarchical in its structure, reflecting a multi-tiered Channel model.

Flexibility is built into the portal to enable the various hierarchical levels to create new branding, accounts and users and the ability to allocate inbound numbers from their pools to the newly created accounts.

Once the numbers are allocated to the Service Provider account and the portal login credentials are available to the Channel Partner, they can immediately begin creating customers, allocating numbers to accounts and configuring services on the newly allocated numbers.

All provisioning and MACD’s (Moves, Adds, Changes and Deletions) happen in real-time; therefore the Service Provider is in complete control over book to bill time.

The Service Provider could elect to administer the accounts below them (by charging a management fee) or they could delegate authority of that account to the account holder, who will subsequently use the Service Providers branded portal.
