External Numbers

If your account is a Service Provider Service Account and have External Numbers enabled, you can use the External Number Manager to add and remove the numbers on your account. To get started, select the Service Manager option from the Home menu.

Next, select the Numbers option from the Manage menu to display the Service Number Manager.

Press the Manage External Numbers button to display the External Number Manager.

Enter one or more numbers you wish to add or remove, then press the Add or Remove button.

There is a limit to the number of external numbers you are allowed to have on your account. The limit will have been set by the carrier when external numbers was enabled on your account and can be increased upon request.

Use the External Numbers Only filter to quickly find all the external numbers on your account.

External numbers are shown with the icon.
