Switching the Account View
When navigating the portal from log in, the screens display data related to your own account (the one which you logged in as).
This is indicated by your account name displaying as shown here in areas such as the Accounts and Numbers Screen as well as the real-time Dashboards tiles and Pulse Reporting Engine:

To change from your own account view to that of one of your sub-accounts (if you have any), click on your account name
(the button turns dark blue when you hover over it) and a pop-out will display your sub-account list. You can select the account you wish to view using the
icon to the right of the customer name:

When you have selected the account you wish to view/use the pop-out box will close and the account name will have changed from your own to the selected account:

If you want to change back to your own account at any time, then follow the same process as above but choose the
button on the top left of the pop-out box:
