Level 3: Reseller Account

This level is optional and is applicable to larger Service Providers who have a reseller chain. The SP above this level can either control this level or delegate authority of this level to a reseller administrator.

The administrator of this account will have access to the following functions:

• Sub-Reseller account creation (optional)

• Customer account creation

• Creation of users for their sub-resellers and customers

• Number allocation to their sub-resellers and customers

• Service Manager and Feature/Functionality allocation to their sub-resellers and customers

Whilst this level is resident within the portal, the Carrier will not have any direct relationship with any users within this level.
