This level is optional and is only applicable to larger SP’s who have resellers with sub-resellers. The reseller above this level can either control this level or delegate authority of this level to a sub-reseller administrator.
The administrator of this account will have access to the following functions:
Customer account creation
Creation of users for their customers
Number allocation to their customers
Service Manager and Feature/Functionality allocation to their customers
Whilst this level is resident within the portal, the Carrier will not have any direct relationship with any users within this level.
