Available to configure for your own account or a sub-account beneath your own, the Email menu option allows for emails sent by the platform to be personalised for Voicemail, Call Recordings, Fax 2 Email, Missed Call Alerts and Scheduled Reports from Pulse. Navigate to the Accounts screen from the Home drop-down menu and select Email from the left-hand menu (to access this menu for a sub-account follow the Switching the Account View process):

The email settings for Voicemails, Call Recording and Fax 2 Email can be configured as follows:

If configured, then any Voicemails, Call Recordings and Faxes sent via email from the platform for the associated account will contain the personalised content. The Missed Call alert email settings can be configured as follows:

If configured, then any Missed Call Alert emails sent from the platform for the associated account will contain the personalised content. The Schedule Reports email settings can be configured as follows:

If configured, then any Scheduled Reports from the Pulse Reporting Engine sent via email from the platform for the associated account will contain the personalised content.
