Settings
When navigating to a sub-account beneath your own, the default landing page is the 'Details' tab in the Settings menu (this menu is only available when viewing a sub-account, not your own account):

Parent Account: the account which the sub-account sits underneath
Status: account status, can be Active or Disabled - select accordingly; if set to Disabled, when any user for that account tries to login they will receive the message "Your account is disabled. Please contact your system administrator"
Reseller Name: name of the sub-account customer
Account Number: account number if populated (for your reference only)
Portal URL: unique portal web address for the sub-account (not applicable for Customer account types)
The Settings menu contains the following configuration options for a Service Provider to configure a sub-account:
Contact tab

Enter your contact details so your sub-account knows how to get in touch with you:
Name
Phone
Email
These details will display in the Settings screen for every user on the sub-account under the 'My Account Contact' section (this is not to be confused with the Settings menu option the Accounts screen).
Permissions Tab

Grant the sub-account access to: Reseller Guide: If the sub-account is a type Reseller or Sub-Reseller, grant them access to the Reseller User Guide. They will be able access to this from the Home drop-down menu in the portal. Display Withheld CLI's: This option will only be available for Service Providers to give to their sub-accounts (Reseller and Sub-Reseller account types only) if the Service Provider has been granted permission and a 'CLI Data' agreement is in place. Note that this option is not available for 'Customer' type sub-accounts under any circumstances. The following rules apply:
For Pulse reports and API statistics feeds - if a CLI is withheld by the caller and this option is ticked then the full CLI will be provided. If this option is not ticked and the CLI is withheld then CLI's will be partially displayed like this 019248*****. If CLI's are not withheld by the caller, then the full CLI will be displayed.
If you are using the Send Post or Set Variable nodes to access the CallingNumber service value (callers CLI), if a CLI is withheld by the caller and this option is ticked then the full CLI will be provided. If this option is not ticked and the CLI is withheld then CLI's will be partially displayed like this 019248*****. If CLI's are not withheld by the caller, then the full CLI will be displayed.
Call Barring: Grant permission for the account to be able to bar CLI's from calling their account or specific service numbers. See the Call Barring section of the main userguide for how to use this feature. Service Manager - all accounts by default have access to the Service Builder call routing interface.
Service Designer: Gives the sub-account access to the Service Designer call routing interface
Service Template Access: Gives the sub-account permission to open existing Service Templates in Service Designer
Manage Templates: Allows the sub-account to create and manage Service Templates in Service Designer
Data Tables: Gives the sub-account permission to use the Data Tables feature
FTP/sFTP Access: If enabled, allows the FTP Settings to be configured so that Call Recording files for any numbers under the account are sent via FTP/sFTP
DCA Access: Give the sub-account access to the Dynamic Call Agent feature. See Granting DCA access on sub-accounts for more details.
Max Signed in Agents: Sets the number of concurrent Agents that can be signed into the DCA service. Note that the overall maximum limit is derived from the main Service Provider account. See Service Designer - DCA (Dynamic Call Agent) for more details.
Call Recording Tab

Max Concurrent Calls: enter a value which is equal to or less that the limit assigned to your Service Provider account. Note: that the overall maximum limit is derived from the main Service Provider account. See Call Recording for more details about the Call Recording feature.
Conferencing Tab

Max Connected Callers: The maximum number of callers which can be connected to conferencing services on the Service Providers accounts and any sub accounts beneath. The default is 30 but may be higher if the Service Provider has requested this from the Carrier. Max Rooms: The maximum number of rooms per conference configuration. The default is 2 but may be higher if the Service Provider has requested this from the Carrier. Max Callers in Room: The maximum numbers of callers allowed per room. The default is 15 but may be higher if the Service Provider has requested this from the Carrier. Note: The overall maximum limit is derived from the main Service Provider account. See Conferencing for more details about the Conferencing feature.
Routing tab

Set the permissible destinations that the sub-account can deliver calls to. Available options are as per those set for the Service Provider account.
