The Service Manager Permissions menu is available in the Accounts screen (accessed via the Home drop-down menu) and allows you to assign the call routing features and capability of Service Manager to your sub-accounts.
This option will only display when viewing a sub-account beneath your own - it does not display for your own account as your Service Manager permissions are set by your Service Provider.
The options available to assign to your sub-accounts are those assigned to you by your Service Provider.
The permissions are broken down into clear sections accessed through the Service Manager Permissions menu on the left-hand side when you are in the account you want to edit:

The permissions are broken out by node where there are additional configurable options for that function:
Set individual Node options
You can select the individual options for a node by ticking the relevant box or ‘select all’ which allows you to apply or remove all the additional configurable options for a node by ticking/un-ticking the check box next to the node name, making it easier to apply or remove options en masse:
