Allocating Numbers to an Account

Choose the Number menu from the left-hand side in the Accounts menu, whilst in the account you want to add the numbers to – if there are numbers already assigned they will be displayed; to add number(s) click on the ‘Allocate Numbers’ tab:

Then click on

Follow the steps in the Searching for Numbers and Selecting Numbers sections of the main user guide to choose the numbers, from the pool available on your own account, that you wish to allocate to the sub-account.

Once you have selected the required numbers to be allocated, add them to the account by clicking on as indicated:

To confirm and proceed with the allocation, click the button – choosing whether to ‘Remove existing service assignments’ at the same time or not by ticking the available option:

if you are assigning numbers to a sub-account from your own account or another sub-account and there is an active routing configuration in place, there is a selection box to chose whether you want to remove any current routing configurations that are on that number - the default option for this is NO (box is un-ticked) - please tick the box if you wish to remove the routing configuration, otherwise it will be retained when the number is moved to the specified account.

Alternatively if you want to double check the selected numbers, click on the option to go back to the number selection screen:

Once numbers are assigned to an account, they can be removed by clicking the cross next to the number, whilst in the relevant account:
