User Search

You can use the function in the Accounts screen to locate details for a particular user or users of your sub-accounts (not your own account).

Simply type the full or partial email address for a user(s) into the search box:

The search results will display in a pop out box:

Search results show:

Username: Any users in sub-accounts beneath your own with the searched email address (whether full or partial was searched on) Full Name: First and Last name of the user(s) Account: The sub-account which the user(s) belong to Invalid Login Attempts: Any invalid login attempts made by the user - resets following successful login Last Login: Date and time of the users last login to the portal Status: User status - can be Active or Disabled Menu: use the icon go to the users account or edit the user:
